Learn Financial Analysis That Actually Matters

Our courses focus on real-world scenarios from Thailand's financial sector. You'll work with actual data patterns, understand regional market behaviors, and build analysis skills that employers look for. Classes run small—usually eight to twelve people—because meaningful feedback takes time.

Instructor Thapanee Wiriyakul teaching financial modeling concepts

Thapanee Wiriyakul

Portfolio Analysis

Thapanee spent twelve years at a regional investment firm before switching to education. His approach is straightforward—he doesn't sugarcoat market realities or promise quick mastery.

"I made every beginner mistake you can imagine. Lost client trust twice. But those failures taught me more than any textbook ever did. Now I help others avoid the same pitfalls."
Instructor Linnet Skovgaard discussing risk assessment frameworks

Linnet Skovgaard

Risk Assessment

Linnet came from corporate banking and knows how overwhelming financial data can be. She breaks complex risk models into digestible pieces and uses humor to keep sessions engaging.

"My first big presentation bombed spectacularly. I'd prepared everything except understanding my audience. That experience shaped how I teach—always start with the person, not the numbers."
Instructor Darragh Falkenrath demonstrating market trend analysis

Darragh Falkenrath

Market Trends

Darragh worked in equity research for a decade before joining our team. He's obsessed with regional market patterns and teaches students to spot trends that actually matter for Thailand-focused portfolios.

"Early in my career, I chased global trends while ignoring local signals. Cost me credibility and opportunities. Now I teach people to understand the markets they're actually operating in."

What We're Running This Year

These courses fill up pretty quickly because we keep groups intentionally small. Registration opens in July 2025, and we typically have waitlists by mid-August. Each program runs for twelve weeks with evening sessions twice weekly.

Fundamentals of Financial Modeling

September 15 - December 8, 2025 • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30-9:00 PM

This isn't your typical Excel course. We focus on building models that survive real-world messiness—incomplete data, shifting assumptions, and last-minute changes. You'll work with anonymized datasets from actual Thai companies and learn to explain your findings to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Build three-statement models from scratch using regional case studies
  • Handle data inconsistencies and make defensible assumptions
  • Present findings clearly without drowning people in jargon
  • Understand when models help and when they mislead

Why Financial Analysis Skills Matter Right Now

The Regional Context

Thailand's financial sector is changing faster than training programs can keep up with. Companies need analysts who understand local market dynamics alongside global frameworks. That gap creates opportunities for people with practical skills—not just theoretical knowledge.

What Employers Actually Want

After talking with dozens of hiring managers across Bangkok, a pattern emerged. They're tired of candidates who can recite formulas but freeze when data doesn't behave as expected. They want people who can think through problems, explain their reasoning, and admit when they're uncertain.

The Long Game

Financial analysis isn't something you master in twelve weeks. Our courses give you a solid foundation and—more importantly—the confidence to keep learning independently. Many graduates stay in touch, asking questions as they encounter new challenges in their roles.
